*TAKING FEMALE CLIENTS ONLY* I’m from Middleville, Michigan. A small town girl with a big bleeding heart. As an introvert, I’ll always choose to stay home versus going out. Reading books, doing Mosaic puzzles, drinking coffee, and hanging with my cat Nefertiti, are my hobbies (a good nap is also a plus). If it means I’ll be cozy-count me in. I love Christmas, BTS (and other K-Pop), Halloween, watching Paranormal shows like ‘Twin Paranormal’ Thai food, lip gloss, glitter, and think Jesus is pretty freaking cool. I’ve been in the industry since 2014. I absolutely ADORE being an esthetician. I’m also a massage therapist. I’ve woven massage into my services to give that little bit of extra during your facial. The work I do gives instant gratification and it couldn’t make me happier. The fact that I get paid for this still shocks me even now. I honestly feel that I’m one of the lucky few that ‘never works a day in their life’ because I love love love what I get to do for others. 🤍 *Please note that due to past repeated circumstances, I have carefully decided to no longer provide any of my services to male clients. I sincerely apologize and wish that this decision had not even had to be made. I hope for your understanding.
CANCELLATION POLICY
CANCELLATIONS: I ask for 24 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Outside of that window results in a 50% charge of services booked. NO SHOWS: A 100% fee of services booked will be taken. TARDINESS: If you are 10+ minutes late, you will need to reschedule. For services that are 15 minute blocks (Brow wax, bikini wax), being a couple minutes late means I’ll have to reschedule as I’m typically booked back to back and won’t have time to complete the service. A 50% charge of services booked will be incurred. SNOW: I have a 40 min drive to work and understand that safety is important- So if the weather is too dangerous for you to drive, please reschedule AS SOON AS POSSIBLE. I ask that you do not wait to cancel last minute as I can then plan accordingly and avoid the long drive if I don’t have to. Any abuse of these policies will result in termination of you as a client. I do understand emergencies happen and certain life circumstances are unavoidable. So I will always be sensitive to client’s individual situations. However, I am running a business and last minute cancellations and no shows do hurt my business costs. Please be respectful. When booking you understand and agree to the non refundable charges that will occur according to these policies.
